Florida Kratom Testing: T191 and T814

Map Florida's current listed-compound framework to the analytical results, inputs, and calculated reporting you can request from Cora Science.

This maintained page separates Attorney General Emergency Rule 2ER26-1 from the repealed FDACS labeling rule and shows the current six-of-seven T191 coverage without treating T814 as another analytical method.

Current distinction. The official 2ER26-1 record remains effective from July 1, 2026 through its scheduled June 30, 2027 expiration. The separate 5KER26-9 concentration-and-ratio labeling rule was repealed effective August 6, 2026. Its label disclosures are not currently required under that repealed rule.

Current Framework

What 2ER26-1 addresses

The final adopted rule record names seven compounds. Its official emergency-rule summary describes product-form thresholds and a separate mitragynine mass relationship.

Solids and powders

Above 1 mg/g

The rule summary includes solid and powdered products, including encapsulated materials.

Liquids

Above 1 mg/mL

The rule summary includes liquid products such as beverages, extracts, and tinctures.

Mitragynine relationship

At least 100:1 by mass

The rule also addresses products with fewer than 100 parts mitragynine for every one part of the listed compounds, individually or combined.

Separate agency position. A July 2026 FDACS industry notice for the now-repealed labeling framework separately stated that FDACS considered 7-acetoxymitragynine, MGM-15, and MGM-16 adulterants under section 500.10, Florida Statutes. The August repeal explanation does not state that FDACS withdrew that separate position. Obtain current FDACS or legal guidance before relying on the earlier notice.

T191 produces individual analytical results for the six marked as reported. A calculated package cannot fill a missing underlying analytical result.

Known coverage gap: 10-hydroxycorynantheidine (10OH). As last confirmed August 3, 2026, T191 does not report 10OH because a suitable reference material is not commercially available. T191 therefore does not measure all seven compounds named in 2ER26-1.
