Does the four-element panel certify USP compliance?
No. The test provides four individual elemental results. The applicable USP chapter, product category, daily dose or serving, monograph, acceptance limits, and decision rules must be defined before compliance can be evaluated.
Does the four-element panel include elemental speciation?
Do not assume a four-element result answers a species-specific question. If the project requires a particular form of arsenic, mercury, or another element, identify that need during technical review so the laboratory can confirm whether a separate approach is available.
