The culture pages consolidate defined enumeration and detection services. Molecular methods remain separately scoped because target, assay, controls, preparation, and interpretation must be defined for each application.

Culture-based detection, recovery, confirmation, and enumeration workflows can be scoped when the target organism or group, matrix, reference procedure, sample unit, and decision rule are defined.

Enumeration and detection pages consolidate defined culture-method pathways. FDA food methods and other organism-specific requests may also be reviewed for availability.

Targeted Molecular Testing

Molecular techniques, including qPCR

qPCR and other approved molecular techniques can be scoped for a defined target and application when the assay, controls, matrix, preparation or enrichment, and interpretation basis are confirmed.

A molecular signal should not automatically be interpreted as a viable-organism count or as universal coverage across products and matrices.

Qualitative detection

State the target organism or group, required sample unit, reference method, and presence-or-absence decision the result needs to support.

Quantitative enumeration

State the organism or indicator group, required units and reporting range, specification, and any dilution or decision rules that matter to the project.

Molecular target detection

State the molecular target, intended interpretation, required controls, and whether sample preparation or enrichment is part of the requested workflow.

Share the complete project context so the laboratory can identify the appropriate pathway and confirm whether a defined method-and-matrix scope is supportable.
